Overview

This is a part-time on-site Human Resources Manager role with LBW Business + Wealth Advisors. The role reports to the principals and works with management and staff to contribute to the firm's ongoing success through effective HR practice across all levels and departments.

LBW Business + Wealth Advisors delivers comprehensive business, taxation, superannuation and financial advice and builds successful partnerships with people and businesses, supporting ongoing growth and well-being. This is a part-time (.8 FTE across 4 or 5 days) opportunity.

What you will be doing
  • Deliver high-quality day-to-day HR advice and support to principals and management on workplace and employee relations processes across the organisation.
  • Maintain, develop, document, and oversee all HR requirements to ensure compliance for the firm.
  • Handle talent attraction, retention and development including end-to-end recruitment, contracts, and onboarding.
  • Elevate performance, culture, engagement and purpose through charted career paths and professional development across the firm.
  • Continuously improve and audit HR policies, systems and procedures, including interpreting and implementing legislation and Award changes.
  • Manage the small administration team.
To be successful in this role, you will have
  • Qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a relevant field.
  • 7–10 years plus proven track record in a similar generalist HR management role.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to negotiate and influence.
  • Industrial relations and health, safety & wellbeing knowledge and expertise.
  • Ability to support and manage a continuous improvement model for achieving outcomes.
