This role is responsible for all aspects of core Human Resources Services across all levels and departments for this progressive professional firm.

A rewarding Part-time (.8 fraction across 4 or 5 days) onsite opportunity exists for a generalist Human Resources Manager to work with the principals, management and administrative team and employees to actively contribute towards our ongoing success.
What you will be doing:
- Delivering high quality day to day HR advice and support to principals and management team on workplace and employee relations processes across the organisation.
- Maintaining, developing, documenting, and overseeing all HR requirements to maintain compliance requirements for the firm.
- Handling talent attraction, retention and development including end-to-end recruitment, contracts, and onboarding.
- Elevating performance, culture, engagement and purpose through charted career paths and professional development across the firm.
- Continuous improvement and audit of HR policies, systems and procedures as required, including interpreting and implementing legislation and Award changes.
- Managing the small administration team.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or relevant field.
- 7-10 years plus proven track record in a similar generalist HR management role.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to negotiate and influence.
- Industrial relations and health, safety & wellbeing knowledge & expertise.
- Ability to support and manage a continuous improvement model for achieving outcomes.

- A professional who will support longer term organisational strategic planning and roll up your sleeves to deliver shorter term projects.
- Someone who is extremely organised and strong time management skills.
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Client focused approach to work with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Ability to balance role with commercial goals and objectives.
