
Workforce Planning Administrator

**Overview**
The Workforce Planning Administrator role is responsible for administration functions within the broader Workforce Planning team. The primary focus is to support the financial reconciliation of all APAC Operations temporary staff costs which includes responsibilities for maintaining up to date FTE workforce reports and reconciling and submitting agency timesheets for approvals to relevant leaders. This role is to support the accuracy of reconciliation activity pertaining to agency costs as well as a range of other administration activity to support the Workforce Operations Planning Lead.
**Key Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities**
- Analyse and complete robust FTE tracking of temporary staff
- Weekly Reconciliation of Cost Accrual
- Submission of Invoices for Business Unit Head / COO Approval
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve enquiries
- Validation of all Temporary Staff Costs against internal reports
- Support workforce planning team to reconcile and document temporary staff costs
- Monthly reconciliation of temporary workforce costs
- Support with any queries relating to temporary staff costs or discrepancies
- Ensure accurate tracking of appropriate Project / Cost Centres for each Temporary Employee
- Support Workforce Planning Leads with Cost Analysis on Temporary Staff Utilisation
- Reporting on Overtime trends, cost analysis
- Reconciliation and analysis of Cab Charges and Travel Costs
- Supporting of Resource Planning & Real Time with ad-hoc requests
- Any other administration activity required to support the Workforce Planning Team as required
**Experience & Personal Attributes**
- Superior attention to detail, accuracy and time management
- Strong investigation and problem solving abilities
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Skill and ability in interpreting, developing and delivering quality, accurate reporting to facilitate decision making processes
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Products
