Job Opportunity: Payroll and Workforce Planning Support
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Payroll and Workforce Planning Support Officer. In this role, you will provide high-level support to the payroll team in processing and administration tasks.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assisting the payroll team in preparing the fortnightly payroll for over 1,000 employees;
- Providing guidance to managers on timesheet submission and pay queries;
- Delivering various payroll administrative tasks and managing processes;
- Responding to employee inquiries and providing accurate information.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years of experience in payroll and/or HR;
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills;
- A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and strong analytical abilities.
