Job Opportunity: Warranty Specialist

This exciting position involves delivering exceptional customer service and advice to dealers in relation to warranty.

About the Role
  • Process and adjudicate all warranty claims and prior work approvals (PWA).
  • Monitor and review warranty submitted claims, conducting regular reviews of system data and recommending agreed actions.
  • Communicate effectively with dealers via email and phone calls.
  • Utilize a thorough understanding of warranty policies and procedures to provide expert advice through effective problem-solving and training.
  • Conduct warranty audits and training as required, assisting in daily/monthly warranty reporting.
Requirements
  • A minimum 3 years' experience within a dealership environment.
  • Previous experience in a customer contact role, with technical skills desirable.
  • Demonstration of strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel when required, with sound computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A high level of professionalism and discretion is essential for this role.
