Reporting to the National Warranty Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and advice to all dealers in relation to warranty.

Base pay range

A$80,000.00/yr - A$95,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
  • Processing and adjudication of all warranty claims and prior work approvals (PWA)
  • Monitor and review warranty submitted claims and conduct monthly reviews of system data; recommend and take appropriate agreed actions
  • Communicate with the dealers via email and phone
  • Utilise a thorough understanding of the Warranty Policy & Procedures manual in order to provide advice by way of effective problem solving & training
  • Conduct warranty audit and training as required. Assist in daily/monthly warranty reporting
Qualifications
  • Ideally a minimum 3 years' experience within a dealership/distributor environment
  • Previous experience in a customer contact role. Technical skills are highly desirable
  • Demonstration of strong mathematical aptitude & attention to detail
  • Ability to travel when required. Sound computer skills; Microsoft Office
