Warranty & Quality Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Warranty and Quality Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fun, supportive, and inclusive environment where you will have the chance to build strong relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Registering and processing warranty claims
  • Working with key business stakeholders to progress warranty claims
  • Assisting in determining the root cause of warranty claims
  • Reviewing contract terms and conditions to determine applicable clauses
  • Preparing and distributing warranty customer reports

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess exceptional time management skills, be resourceful, and have a friendly and positive personality. You will also need to have experience in customer service and administration.
