Compliance Learning & Development Specialist / Proficiency Coach for Leading Global Cryptocurrency Platform

What You'll Do
Lead compliance training for a premier cryptocurrency platform, designing and delivering critical programs that protect the organization and broader financial ecosystem. You'll manage all first-line of defense compliance processes, including Transaction Monitoring, Enhanced Due Diligence, Screening, Complaints, and SAR Filing.
Responsibilities
Lead the Compliance Transaction Monitoring System (TMS) training program from conception to execution.
Design engaging content that transforms complex regulatory requirements into a practical learning experience.
Own program deployment, maintenance, and success measurement.
Analyze training metrics and ensure programs meet regulatory requirements across Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions, Anti-Money Laundering, SAR Filing, and privacy domains.
Manage diverse training assets, including eLearning courses, instructor-led resources, and process documents.
Partner with Workforce Management, Operations, and Compliance teams for feedback and approvals.
Coordinate with global outsourced partners to deploy training worldwide.
Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously using Articulate, Docebo, Jira, Looker, Slack, and Google Workspace.
What You Bring
2+ years of Learning & Development experience with a focus on instructional design and training project management.
Strong background in AML, Fraud, SAR Filing, or other Compliance-related areas.
Hands-on expertise with eLearning tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Suite) and learning management systems (Docebo).
Core Competencies
Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and delivering results on tight deadlines.
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Experience managing global training partnerships with outsourced providers.
Exceptional organizational skills and flexibility to travel to BPO offices domestically when required.
