Learning and Development Specialist

The Learning and Development team is responsible for delivering training and development opportunities to employees across the organisation.

This role plays a crucial part in driving a culture of continuous learning, ensuring that training directly correlates with strategic goals.

We equip our workforce with skills needed to excel in their roles, driving better outcomes for both the organisation and the communities we support.

About the Role:

  • Coordinate learning activities state-wide
  • Promote learning opportunities through internal communication channels
  • Evaluate learning activities to assist in continuous improvement

Your effective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills will play a crucial role in providing advice on learning and development practices to senior management.

About You:

  • You're a self-motivated, process-savvy learning and development professional who loves ensuring that learning initiatives are executed effectively and efficiently
  • Demonstrated skills, knowledge, and experience in learning design, delivery, and evaluation, particularly in Microsoft Suite
  • A creative mindset to enhance our work

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Liaise with stakeholders to understand learning needs and develop targeted solutions
  2. Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs to meet organisational objectives
  3. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure learning content is accurate and relevant
