About The Role

As our Learning and Development Specialist, you'll create and deliver meaningful learning experiences that help our people thrive. From onboarding and compliance through to leadership and professional development, you'll design programs that support individual growth and organisational capability.

In This Hands-on Role, You'll

• Design and implement impactful learning programs that align with CEEC's strategy.
• Create engaging content and resources using adult learning and instructional design principles.
• Collaborate with Trainers to ensure consistent, relevant, and effective delivery.
• Support and enhance our digital learning systems (LMS).
• Gather feedback and use data to continuously improve learning experiences.
• Promote a culture of professional growth, curiosity, and continuous improvement.

About You

You're a creative and practical learning professional who knows how to translate strategy into engaging, learner-focused programs. You love working with people, thrive in a collaborative environment, and bring both curiosity and rigour to your work.

You'll Bring

• 3+ years' experience in Learning and Development, ideally in education or human services.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable) plus tertiary qualifications in Education, HR, or Learning Design.
• Strong instructional design skills and confidence in facilitating engaging sessions.
• Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• A genuine passion for fostering a culture of growth and capability.
