Job Title: Learning Development SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Learning Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coaching the learning development team, fostering innovation, problem-solving, continuous improvement, and a high-performance inclusive team culture.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult learning and education, with expertise in instructional design, training delivery, and evaluation. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.The role involves developing and implementing learning strategies that align with business objectives, as well as providing coaching and mentoring to staff to support their career development.In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the organization's learning culture and contribute to the growth and development of our people.You will also have the chance to work collaboratively with subject matter experts to develop engaging and effective learning content, and to evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs.The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a passion for learning and development, who is able to work independently and as part of a team.They will have excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a desire to make a difference in the world of learning and development, we would love to hear from you.
