As a senior HR business partner, you will play a key role in delivering a full range of HR services across our programs.
Your Key Responsibilities
Support the head of HR to deliver strategic objectives and key workforce initiatives.
Partner with leaders to develop people strategies.
Provide expert guidance on employee relations, dispute resolution, and compliance matters.
Design and implement organizational development programs including leadership development, succession planning, and change management.
Analyze workforce data to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvements.
Work closely with the head of HR manager to coach, mentor, and develop HR team members.
Champion diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement initiatives.
