Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior HR Business Partner to collaborate with Principals and stakeholders on delivering strategic people solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement people strategies aligned with the firm's objectives.
  • Provide coaching on leadership development, performance, and engagement.
  • Lead talent management, remuneration, and workforce planning processes.
  • Drive key projects across the organization.
  • Offer practical support on complex employee relations matters.
About You
  • You have at least 5+ years of experience as a senior People/HR Business Partner.
  • You possess in-depth knowledge of IR, awards, and compliance.
  • You are tech-savvy and proficient in HRIS systems.
  • You hold a solid HR qualification or relevant industry expertise.
  • You have built strong relationships with stakeholders and influenced outcomes using credibility and trust.
  • Your communication skills are exceptional, with a focus on active listening and supporting others.
