Strategic People Partner Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and adaptable Senior HR Business Partner to join our team for a 6-month fixed term contract.

You will be working collaboratively with a team of dedicated HR professionals who are passionate about creating a thriving and supportive workplace.

This is a fast-paced role that requires someone who can hit the ground running and leverage their experience to make a real difference. Ideally, you will have experience in a complex, matrixed organization, allowing you to navigate multiple stakeholders effectively.

The ideal candidate will have significant demonstrated experience in a senior HR Business Partner role, preferably within a complex, matrixed organisation. They should also have strong technical HR capability and experience in strategic HR practices.

In this role, you will be a trusted advisor to senior leaders and executives, providing guidance and support on all people initiatives. You will be involved in workforce planning, organisational capability and succession planning, as well as guiding the People and Culture program and lifecycle.

This role offers flexible work options that put our people first, and a hybrid model with a minimum requirement of 60% of your time per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing strategic guidance and support to senior leaders and executives on people initiatives
  • Leading workforce planning, organisational capability and succession planning
  • Guiding the People and Culture program and lifecycle
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or a related discipline (desirable)
  • Significant demonstrated experience in a senior HR Business Partner role (preferably within a complex, matrixed organisation)
  • Strong technical HR capability and experience in strategic HR practices
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
