About the Role

This senior role involves partnering with key stakeholders to drive effective people strategies aligned with our firm's goals. Key responsibilities include delivering coaching on performance, engagement and leadership development, leading annual talent, remuneration and workforce planning processes, driving key firm-wide projects such as learning and development, diversity equity inclusion and wellbeing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR with expertise in IR awards compliance.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Senior People/HR Business Partner experience preferably in law firms
  • Expertise in industrial relations, awards and compliance
  • Tech-savviness with HRIS systems
  • Relevant HR qualification or industry experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
