Role Overview

We continuously expand and refine models of care that leverage technology and clinical expertise to meet evolving healthcare needs.

As a senior HR business partner, you will play a key role in delivering a full range of HR services across our programs.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Support the head of HR to deliver strategic objectives and key workforce initiatives.
  • Partner with leaders to develop people strategies.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, dispute resolution, and compliance matters.
  • Design and implement organizational development programs including leadership development, succession planning, and change management.
  • Analyze workforce data to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvements.
  • Work closely with the head of HR manager to coach, mentor, and develop HR team members.
  • Champion diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement initiatives.
