As a seasoned human resources professional, you will lead the design and delivery of HR strategies, employee engagement initiatives, industrial and employment relations matters, and talent management programs across high-performing teams.

You will develop structured pathways for employees, champion our culture and recognition initiatives, and embed scalable solutions that align with organisational goals.

About This Role
  • Leadership experience in human resources, employee engagement, or talent management.
  • Proven success in managing HR programs at scale.
  • Strong background in HR frameworks, industrial/employee relations, and organisational development initiatives.
  • Experience with digital HR platforms and data-driven program evaluation.
  • Degree-qualified in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and resilient in fast-paced operational environments.
  • An enthusiastic personality passionate about positive engagement at all levels of an organisation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead initiatives aligned with organisational and strategic objectives.
  • Build pathways and coaching programs for employee development and engagement.
  • Drive employee relations, talent management, and recognition strategies.
  • Oversee HR, safety, and customer service training.
  • Use data to inform decisions on change management and continuous improvement programs.
