
Employee Experience and Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Employee Experience and Engagement Specialist to join our team. This role will suit someone who enjoys variety, building relationships, and driving positive workplace outcomes.
The successful candidate will provide support across the full employee lifecycle, including managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, providing advice and support on workplace matters, assisting with payroll processes and HR Processes, supporting performance management and employee development initiatives, and contributing to HR projects, policy reviews, recognition and engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, from advertising and screening to interviewing and hiring.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on workplace matters, including employment law and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on various HR-related topics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
