**About the role**:
Be Responsible for leading the retail channels for the key stakeholders and facilitate the Brandscope plat for Wholesales Ecommerce Partners Hands on role to grow and determine a path for the marketplace segment of the business, which will include brand strategy, marketing activation, pricing, and commercial outcomes budget management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and build a range structure for each of our brands with the marketplace retailers, ensure the ranges are facilitated and all imagery is managed effectively across all marketplace platforms.
- Contribute to developing a pricing strategy for each of the marketplace retail partners, ensuring profitable growth is achieved for the brands.
- Work with internal stakeholders including product marketing and sales.
- Build and develop a strong working partnership with the 3PL provider and build commercial measurement skills.
- Develop a commercial measurement approach to marketplace retail.
- Maintain a strategic approach to running and operating brandscope, ensuring the platform provides the best experience for the retail partners.

**Key Skills**:

- Experience in a Sales or Ecommerce Role.
- Ability to work under pressure with multiple priorities and deliver on agreed business outcomes.
- Be able to use clear, consistent communication with liaising between Internal and External Stakeholders.
- SEO and SEM knowledge is desirable.
- Experience dealing with variety of products.
