  • Champion the Crocs brand and product offerings through key accounts and marketplace partners in Singapore and Australia.", "
  • Ensure timely achievement of monthly sell-in and sell-out targets for e-commerce accounts.", "
  • Lead the rollout of future new marketplaces in Southeast Asia.", "
  • Direct go-to-market strategies for all channels.", "
  • Collaborate with regional merchandising teams on assortment and channel segmentation strategies.", "
  • Serve as a market expert with strong understanding of competitor, customer, and platform insights.", "
  • Manage digital storefronts across all platforms.", "
  • Lead and manage a team ensuring brand and visuals align with global brand priorities and direction.", "
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including finance, wholesale/sales, merchandising, ecommerce/digital, and global stakeholders.", "

Requirements:

  • Degree in business, marketing or related field preferred.", "
  • Minimum 6 years of experience with at least 2 years of relevant experience managing e-commerce and/or marketplace accounts.", "
  • Self-starter with growth mindset, ability to work autonomously and lead e-commerce accounts and marketplaces.", "
  • Experience working on Amazon and/or other marketplace platforms (e.g. Shopee, Lazada) preferred.", "
  • Excel proficient.", "
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.", "
  • Proven relationship building and stakeholder management skills.", "
  • Previous experience managing a team and/or direct report.", "
  • Ability to travel up to 15% time.", "
