**About You**: As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our organisation's growth and success. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, ensuring compliance with employment law and regulations, and implementing HR strategies aligned with our organisational goals. You will have the opportunity to lead an established and professional HR team, contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures, and collaborate with other departments to support our mission.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to attract, retain, and develop top talent in the Aged and Disability industry.
- Oversee the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee development, performance issues, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with employment law and regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practice.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with HR-related standards determined by the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission, the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, and other regulatory bodies.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs, including job evaluations, salary benchmarking and maintain thorough SCHADS award knowledge.
- Lead the HR team, providing mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with General Manager and Leadership Team to align HR strategies with organisational goals and initiatives.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work culture that values diversity and fosters employee engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- The minimum requirement is a Diploma or higher in Human Resource Management or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the Aged and Disability industry.
- In-depth knowledge of employment law, regulations, and best practice.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proven track record of implementing effective HR strategies and initiatives.
