About the Role

 

This role is responsible for leading the Human Resource function, which includes providing strategic advice to senior leaders, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and managing employee relations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with experience in recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary processes
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge

 

Requirements:

 

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar HR role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
