**Human Resources Manager - National role based in Melbourne**

We are a highly successful 30 year plus company that works in partnership with our clients in order to meet their unique business goals. We employ only passionate people, those who find it natural to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients.

As a senior member of the leadership team, you will drive all aspects of our human resource function. Key responsibilities will include creating HR practices that result in sound recruitment and retention and the fostering of a positive company culture where people are directed, recognised and developed to their full potential.

There will be a major focus on absolute HR Compliance and Reporting, ensuring that all relevant laws, awards and regulatory issues are well managed. Another key responsibility will be to develop positive and productive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders, listening and acting on issues in order to foster an inclusive and positive culture.

The base salary is in the area of $90k to $110k pa, plus superannuation.
