About the OpportunityThis role is to provide sound advice and support to operating divisions on a broad range of human resource policies and practices.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external bodies.
- Offer guidance on workplace relations, policies, remuneration, and conditions.
- Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution.
- Implement a collaborative approach to staff disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution.
- Coach and mentor managers on skill development and competency-building.
- Deliver timely HR metrics and support employee lifecycle processes.
- HR Business Partnering: Work closely with key stakeholders to develop tailored human resource solutions.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution.
- Talent Development: Coach and mentor managers on skill development and competency-building.
- HR Metrics: Deliver timely HR metrics and support employee lifecycle processes.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience in a HR business partnering role within a matrix environment.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of HR policies, employment legislation, and compliance.
