About the Opportunity

This role is to provide sound advice and support to operating divisions on a broad range of human resource policies and practices.

  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external bodies.
  • Offer guidance on workplace relations, policies, remuneration, and conditions.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution.
  • Implement a collaborative approach to staff disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution.
  • Coach and mentor managers on skill development and competency-building.
  • Deliver timely HR metrics and support employee lifecycle processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Business Partnering: Work closely with key stakeholders to develop tailored human resource solutions.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution.
  • Talent Development: Coach and mentor managers on skill development and competency-building.
  • HR Metrics: Deliver timely HR metrics and support employee lifecycle processes.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience in a HR business partnering role within a matrix environment.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, employment legislation, and compliance.
