Job Description
We are seeking a Landscape Construction Project Manager to join Brisbane's largest residential landscaping company.
This is a permanent, full-time leadership role where your expertise will be valued, and your growth supported.

Salary: $120,000 + super + fully maintained company vehicle

Responsibilities
Manage multiple residential and softscape landscape projects across Brisbane
Oversee project budgets from $0k to $500k, with most around $150k–$300k
Handle site inspections, variations, and client communications
Work closely with experienced crews; no programming required
Maintain high quality, meet timelines, and ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
Proven experience in landscape or construction project management
Strong communication and organizational skills
Excellent computer skills (Mac experience preferred)
Familiarity with variations, estimations, and on-site inspections
Positive, solutions-focused mindset
Valid driver's license
