Base pay range

A$83,062.50/yr - A$88,997.98/yr

Permanent Full Time - 36.25 hours per week

Join our team as a Project Officer – Construction Projects

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive professional with a background in construction or project administration. You'll bring strong communication skills, sound knowledge of project documentation processes, and experience delivering high-quality support across multiple projects. If you thrive in a collaborative environment, take pride in effective project coordination, and are ready to make a difference for your community, we want to hear from you.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating contract administration and onsite delivery of minor construction projects
• Preparing project documentation including management plans, WH&S, permits and approvals
• Supporting budget tracking, financial reporting and end-of-month project reconciliations
• Providing accurate project advice and information to internal and external stakeholders
• Contributing to team performance through problem solving and process improvement

Skills & Experience:

• Experience in project, construction or contract administration
• Strong skills in preparing project and financial documentation
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Understanding of permits and regulatory requirements
