About The Role
We are excited to announce a new position within our building division in Queensland: Project Manager.
This role will be key in managing multiple projects valued up to $5 M each in Brisbane and surrounding areas.
It is a hybrid role requiring time at our Brisbane office in Eagle Farm, QLD, and on-site presence.
Key Responsibilities

Overseeing project development, review, and management, ensuring compliance with OH&S, Quality & Environmental standards, cost control, and client/consultant relationships.
Providing leadership and management of on-site safety, standards, and risk.
Ensuring quality management and developing procedures per project specifications and Australian Standards.
Offering technical advice and demonstrating problem-solving skills.
Managing programme and project costs, with emphasis on labour utilization and efficiency.
Building and maintaining client relationships through daily interactions.
Preparing reports, progress claims, and subcontractor statements accurately.
Managing subcontractors and material suppliers.
Administering contracts and managing commercial risks according to the DOA.

Preferred Experience

Experience in façade, waterproofing, steel works, or concrete corrosion repair works.
Experience with remediation works (Concrete & steel Repairs / Strengthening).
Strong subcontractor and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications / Experience

A degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
At least 5 years of project management experience in civil or construction industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication skills.
