Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Project Coordinator.

The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating contract administration, onsite delivery of construction projects, preparing project documentation, budget tracking, financial reporting, and providing accurate project advice to stakeholders.

  • Coordinating contract administration and onsite delivery of minor construction projects
  • Preparing project documentation including management plans, WH&S, permits and approvals
  • Supporting budget tracking, financial reporting and end-of-month project reconciliations
  • Providing accurate project advice and information to internal and external stakeholders

Key requirements include:

  • Experience in project, construction or contract administration
  • Strong skills in preparing project and financial documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Understanding of permits and regulatory requirements

Work Arrangements

This is a permanent full-time role with a balance of office and on-site work. The successful applicant will be required to hold a current C Class Drivers Licence and be eligible to work in Australia.
