Construction Project Manager

Job Summary:
A successful project leader is required to oversee complex construction and remediation projects, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in commercial law, demonstrated ability to lead and develop diverse teams, proficiency in budget management and cost control, exceptional stakeholder engagement, and proficiency with MS Office and MS Project.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage full project life cycle, ensuring all project operations are completed successfully.
- Oversee project start-up, maintain project schedule, and ensure effective handover, including regular project management meetings.
- Report on project outcomes, progress, and deployment of activities.
- Identify and manage project expectations, ensuring timely delivery of results.
- Drive efficiency and optimisation, including productivity, performance rates, contractor assessments, and key contractual commitments.

- Tertiary qualification in Construction or Engineering
