**TALENT ONBOARDING COORDINATOR - PEOPLE & PERFORMANCE**

**A few of your responsibilities**
- Conduct and complete all required probity checks for new starters, internal transfers and contractors
- Execute to a high standard, managing data entry in the tracking systems with attention to detail, ensuring that probity checks are conducted accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with relevant departments, Licensing, Investigations, Employee Relations and external agencies, Equifax, and Federal Police, to facilitate background checks and any other necessary screenings
- Ensure Compliance and Regulatory knowledge by staying up-to-date with relevant policies, procedures, legal requirements, and compliance standards related to The Star talent acquisition and onboarding process
- Communicate with new hires, internal transfers and contractors to collect, review, and process their documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Keep the Talent Acquisition team updated with the applicant process, highlighting any concerns or changes in SLAs

**What we are looking for**
- Degree or HR Qualification/Certificate advantageous
- Previous experience in an HR Administrative role in a regulatory environment
- High attention to detail, proficient data entry, and meticulous record keeping
- Experience working in a centralised or shared services talent function beneficial
- Previous experience using Applicant Tracking Systems advantageous
- Experience in high volume, fast-paced recruitment/talent preferred
