Talent Onboarding Specialist

The Talent Onboarding Coordinator role involves conducting probity checks for new starters, internal transfers, and contractors with high attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage data entry in tracking systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with departments such as Licensing, Investigations, Employee Relations, Equifax, and Federal Police to facilitate background checks.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant policies, procedures, legal requirements, and compliance standards related to talent acquisition and onboarding processes.
  • Communicate with new hires, internal transfers, and contractors to collect, review, and process their documentation.
  • Keep the Talent Acquisition team informed about applicant processes and highlight concerns or changes in Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Requirements

  • Degree or Human Resources qualification/certificate advantageous.
  • Previous experience in an HR administrative role in a regulated environment.
  • High attention to detail, proficient data entry, and meticulous record keeping.
  • Experience working in a centralised or shared services talent function beneficial.
  • Previous experience using Applicant Tracking Systems advantageous.
  • Experience in high volume, fast-paced recruitment/talent environments preferred.
