Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our in-house recruitment team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and administering the recruitment process, as well as pre-employment training programs.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Providing strategic market intelligence on hiring trends, competitor activity, and salaries to support informed decision-making.
  • Managing recruitment campaigns and talent pipelines to minimize delay from vacancy to placement, ensuring timely delivery of qualified candidates.
  • Communicating with operational managers to coordinate interview and placement processes remotely, fostering strong relationships and facilitating seamless collaboration.
  • Sourcing, phone screening, compliance validation, and onboarding of new hires, adhering to strict protocols and guidelines.


Requirements:
  • A self-motivated and resourceful individual with the ability to multi-task under tight deadlines, prioritizing tasks effectively and managing competing demands.
  • Able to develop and maintain relationships at all levels, building trust and credibility through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling job descriptions, manage stakeholder expectations, and communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • A high level of interpersonal skills, with experience in conflict resolution, negotiation, and mediation.
  • Recruitment, selection, and mentoring competencies, with a proven track record of success in talent acquisition and development.
  • Solid experience in bulk recruitment with high customer service levels, consistently delivering exceptional results in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with electronic recruitment systems, including applicant tracking software and other digital tools, to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
