Talent and Culture Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Talent and Culture Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR processes.

This role requires a high level of attention to detail and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely and professional support to teams across various properties, enhancing the overall team member experience.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Human Resources or a similar role and possess good time management skills, coupled with a friendly and approachable personality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Support: Provide assistance with job advertisements for diverse properties and positions.
  • Employee Engagement: Oversee a well-organised reward and recognition program, including milestone certificates and 'Team Member of the Quarter' awards.
  • HR Administration: Ensure accurate and insightful information is provided to team members, including necessary working rights and contract issuance.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage the Talent and Culture invoicing process and assist with assigned ad-hoc tasks as they arise.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Previous experience in Human Resources or a similar role is highly advantageous.
  • Skills and Qualities: Demonstrated strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality team member engagement.
  • Personal Qualities: Possess good time management skills, coupled with a friendly and approachable personality.
  • Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability to work independently with initiative and sound judgment.
