Job Title: People and Culture Business Partner
About the Role:The key objective of this position is to serve as a trusted advisor and delivery partner for leaders and teams across the business. This role focuses on implementing day-to-day people operations, programs, and processes effectively and efficiently.
- Represent the company as an employer of choice in all candidate and talent-facing touchpoints.
- Lead recruitment activities, including drafting job ads, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and managing communications.
- Support hiring managers through onboarding expectations, probation milestones, and documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding processes, including contract generation, system setup, induction, and follow-through.
- Assist in executing engagement surveys and pulse checks; analyse data and coordinate action planning with stakeholders.
- Coordinate logistics for culture and engagement initiatives, team events, training sessions, and wellness activities.
- Assist with performance review cycles, including communication, documentation, and reporting.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on employee relations matters, escalating complex cases as needed.
- Coordinate offboarding processes, including exit interviews, documentation, and systems access removal.
