Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to make a long-term impact.RoleYou'll take the lead in managing the food & beverage aspects of tour and group bookings, from the initial enquiry right through to the day of service—ensuring every detail is seamless and kept on track.
You'll also play a pivotal role in elevating the à la carte offering at our Altitude Restaurant and Lounge Bar, bringing fresh ideas and energy to enhance the guest experience.

On a daily basis you'll:Oversee and support the daily operations of Altitude Restaurant & Bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service.Manage rostering, recruitment, and team development, fostering a motivated and high-performing team.Monitor and maintain stock levels, ensuring timely and accurate order processing.Work collaboratively and professionally with the Head Chef and Heads of Department across the property to deliver a cohesive guest experience.What You'll Bring2+ years management experience in food and beverage (multi-venue experience a bonus)A reputation for providing excellent customer service, engaging in great conversations with our guests.A vibrant attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a busy team.Ability and passion to build the skills and knowledge of our team through great training, coaching and mentoring.Strong financial and inventory management.Knowledge of contemporary food and service trends and culinary styles.Broad knowledge of wine varieties and appropriate food and wine combinations.Experience living and working in a remote location preferred but not essential.Own car/personal transport a must
