  • St Clair Wellness is our holistic healing initiative, focused on restoring mind, body, and spirit. Drawing on the principles of culinary medicine and ancient healing traditions, St Clair Wellness offers therapeutic dining experiences, wellness retreats, and treatments designed to promote inner balance and sustainable wellbeing.

Together, our offerings create a destination where guests can unwind, reconnect with nature, and experience deep rejuvenation.

We are currently seeking an Experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team.

As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for :

  1. Planning menus in consultation with chefs and culinary medic
  2. Planning and organising special functions
  3. Arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget
  4. Maintaining records of stock levels and daily transactions
  5. Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance
  6. Conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service
  7. Selecting, training and supervising waiting and kitchen staff
  8. May take reservations, greet guests and assist in taking orders
  9. Assisting the Licensee in observing liquor, food safety, and other laws and regulations

As expected, this position requires a person who is highly organised with excellent people skills and a flair for restaurant service, who prides themselves on presentation, accuracy, and attention to detail in their daily work, and the ability to support and grow the next level of restaurant service.

Ideally, you will have proven fine dining and bistro experience.

Most importantly, you will have excellent communication skills, sales abilities, a commitment to customer service, and a professional manner.

As we are a small and growing business, flexibility to work across other areas during quieter periods is required.

Note :

  1. Due to our location and proximity to schools, this position is not suited for applicants with school-aged children who attend school.
  2. Ability to own a car and drive in Australia will be necessary in this role.
  3. This is a managerial salaried position.
