Senior Problem Management Leader

As a senior-level professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving process improvements and ensuring the delivery of high-quality insights. Your leadership skills will be instrumental in guiding a team of problem managers and analysts, prioritizing daily investigations, and providing support to teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of problem managers and analysts, prioritizing daily investigations and scheduling post-mortems.
- Chair post-mortems for significant technology or complex cross-domain failures.
- Drive improvements to the function, providing guidance and mentoring across the entire team.
- Oversee local quality objectives aligned to all problem investigations.
- Ensure high-quality detailed information is shared through weekly/monthly reporting processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong influencing and relationship management skills, with an excellent track record of quality delegation/mentoring/coaching.
- Problem Management/Incident Management experience.
- Excellent ability to manage multiple high-priority efforts and competing priorities.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Strong experience working in a highly technical environment.
