
Business Development Representative

Exciting opportunity to join a new digital eCommerce marketplace solution which will transform B2B trading for independent retailers in Australia as a Business Development Representative. You will interact with small and medium businesses, understand their needs and acquire them as customers. Be part of an agile, digital first, customer-obsessed team standing up this new digital business.
What you'll do
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
Visit customer locations on-site (food services, food retailing, small businesses)
Present our solution to potential customers, and sign them up as customers
Conduct enquiries and customer research on what businesses require
What you'll bring
Follow-up with signed up customers to ensure they take full advantage of our solution
Customer contacting and engagement skills
Pitch and presentation skills
Identification of customer needs and how our solution can support those
Customer interview and research skills
