In this role you'll be responsible for:
- Partnering with stakeholders across the business to identify and implement people strategies that have a meaningful impact on employee performance, engagement and effectiveness- Assist in the review, development and implementation of People & Culture policies and procedures in line with business objectives, legislative requirements and contemporary HR practices- Provide advice on everything from employee relations, award/enterprise agreement interpretation, organisational effectiveness, talent retention, succession planning, remuneration reviews and performance appraisals- Work closely with People and Culture and recruitment professionals to share information so there is a consistency of approach and best practice in people management practices across the Fulton Hogan Utilities business- Providing support across a range of activities including recruitment, training, employment contracts, change of circumstances, payroll liaison, timesheets, employee communication and off boarding- Deliver best practice advice and guidance on a range of generalist HR matters.

How you'll connect to the role:
- Tertiary qualification in the Human Resources/related discipline- Previous experience guiding, supporting, coaching and developing leaders and employees in HR matters, ideally in a construction site based environment- Knowledge and understanding of relevant HR/industrial relations legislation- A passion for driving continuous improvement on HR systems/practices- Experience building partnerships within the business to ensure a collaborative approach with all stakeholders- Ability to identify key issues & problems and pick the best choice among alternatives- Alignment with our values of Respect, Energy & Effort, Attitude & Leadership- Adopting and driving Fulton Hogan's Living Safely Culture.
