About the role

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide expert HR guidance to stakeholders across multiple business units. This individual will ensure alignment and consistency of services across their portfolio, driving long-term growth plans and fostering a collaborative workplace culture.

This part-time role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, providing generalist consultancy, support, and advice. The successful candidate will understand business unit strategic imperatives, build plans to deliver on those, and provide expert advice on Employee Relations and Industrial Relations matters.

The ideal candidate will possess strong HR generalist background, commercial acumen, and pragmatic approach. They will also be able to build authentic relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
