People and Culture Advisor Position

We are seeking a highly skilled People and Culture Advisor to join our team. As an APS5, you will work independently to deliver high-quality human resources services and provide expert advice to employees and managers on HR matters.
Key Responsibilities- Provide guidance on industrial relations, recruitment, workforce safety and wellbeing, workforce management, and succession planning.
- Assist with managing HR events across regions and participate in committees, networks, and working groups to deliver people and culture initiatives.
- Offer recommendations on complex issues and partner with clients to develop tailored and innovative HR processes.
- Deliver high-level customer service and logistical support to stakeholders at various stages of the employee life cycle.
- Lead continuous improvement activities to support the development of the function and create efficiencies.
- Demonstrated ability to provide interpretation and guidance on legislation and policy related to industrial relations, recruitment, workforce safety and wellbeing, workforce management, and succession planning.
- Well-developed organisational and administrative skills, including strong attention to detail and prioritisation.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels.
- Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a diverse team.
