Your new RoleIn this newly created role, you will build strong relationships across the business, provide generalist HR advice, manage employee relations matters, and support leaders with coaching and guidance.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing generalist HR advice on policies, performance, onboarding, retention, learning and development.
  • Managing employee relations cases, including investigations into grievances, misconduct, and workplace concerns.
  • Supporting the People & Culture Business Partners and Manager during disputes, industrial matters, or Fair Work interactions.
  • Advising on employee relations and workforce capability to drive best-practice outcomes.
  • Assisting with the implementation of people strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Support projects that directly contribute to the achievement of departmental and organisational plans.
  • Update processes, procedures and templates to ensure they are consistent across the department and meet business needs.
  • Partnering with recruitment on remuneration, interviews, and internal movements.
  • Enhancing and streamlining People & Culture processes to meet business needs.
  • Ensuring compliance with legislation, policies, and enterprise agreements.
  • Supporting performance management cycles and capturing exit data insights.
  • Providing guidance to the People & Culture Services team on policy, pay, and leave queries.
