A dynamic and results-driven role is available for a skilled People & Culture Business Partner to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover contract with possible extension. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HRBP or senior HR advisor roles, with expertise in ER investigations and award interpretation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coaching leaders, managing employee relations matters, and driving initiatives that support retention, capability building, policy development, and compliance. You will also contribute to engagement, succession planning, workforce planning, and system improvements, including TechOne. This is a hands-on high-impact role with a strong focus on leadership support and continuous improvement. A proactive solutions-focused approach and ability to balance strategic thinking with practical delivery are essential requirements for this position.Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • 3-4+ years in a HRBP or senior HR advisor role
  • Strong experience in ER investigations and award interpretation (SCHADS and/or HPSS desirable)
  • Confidence coaching and supporting leaders across a diverse and geographically dispersed workforce
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms - TechOne experience is a plus
