Integrity Manager

As a key member of the Integrity Unit, this Manager role plays a pivotal part in leading the department's prevention and compliance function. The focus is on preventing fraud, corruption, and wrongdoing within the workplace while ensuring compliance with integrity-related requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead department-wide fraud and corruption risk assessments to identify areas of improvement
- Review high-risk business practices and provide recommendations for mitigation
- Develop and review integrity policies to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Design and implement integrity learning and development programs
- Communicate key integrity issues and compliance activities to staff through regular updates and training sessions
This Manager will possess excellent change management, project management, and communication skills. They will be committed to driving continual improvement initiatives that support the development of a pro-integrity culture where ethical behavior is embedded in all operations.
Closely collaborating with other teams within the Integrity Unit, this role contributes to the Prevention, Compliance, and Change team's mission to foster a workplace environment built on trust, transparency, and accountability.
