**About this role**:
Join an Australian design-led business as their new Wholesale Account Coordinator based in Sydney. This renowned supplier of architectural products is a diverse group who foster collaboration and community, empowering their team to realise their vision.As Wholesale Account Coordinator you will be responsible for the distribution through wholesale partners and lead the approach for all technical queries.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the flow of Purchase Orders and sales from quotation stage through to dispatch
- Monitor, track and report on Sales and their relevant status
- Build Key, long-standing relationships with Wholesale Branch managers
- Generate, prepare and report on wholesale forecasting and stock ordering
- Data entry and management into relevant software systems
- National travel visiting key wholesale partner locations
**Skills and Experience**
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demanding client base
- Be open-minded, goal and results driven
- Strong ability to relate to a variety of Customer / client bases
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Ability to problem solve and work autonomously
