About the Role
- The Contracts Coordinator utilises skills and provides advice to undertake state-wide Medical Aids and Subsidy Scheme (MASS) procurement activities in line with Metro South Procurement and Supply processes and in accordance with State Purchasing Policy, Queensland Procurement Policy and the Financial Administration and Audit Act.
- Develop and utilise key performance indicators to monitor and challenge the performance of vendors, identify opportunities for continuous improvement and develop strategies to address under-performance and compliance failures.
- Proactively identify and solve, or escalate as appropriate, potential contracts procedural & risk control issues on behalf of the MASS executive team and stakeholders.
