Job Opportunity:
A leading infrastructure business seeks a seasoned Contract Coordinator to join their commercial and procurement team in Brisbane.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and coordinate contracts related to EPC, supplier, and subcontractor agreements
- Collaborate closely with legal and project teams to ensure compliance and risk management
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and serve as primary contact for contract queries
- Track deliverables, timelines, and prepare reports on contract performance
- Support adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout the contract lifecycle
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in contract administration, preferably in energy, infrastructure, or related sectors
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management capabilities
- Familiarity with EPC contracts and commercial procurement practices is advantageous
- Ability to work collaboratively and solve problems effectively in a dynamic environment
