**Description**:
About the role
We have a newly developed role for a Contract Coordinator to join us in our Forest Lake, QLD branch.
This role will see you possess a deep understanding and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
**In this role, you will**:
Analyse the current sub-hire requirements and explore ways to minimise external equipment rental needs.
Foster relationships with strategic partners to ensure Onsite can fulfill assigned contracts equipment demands internally.
Collaborate with internal contract stakeholders to prepare and deliver quarterly review presentations to assigned contracts stakeholders.
In conjunction with the Regional Business Development Manager (RBDM), communicate key performance metrics, accomplishments and future goals during these presentations.
Log and administer any tangible savings achieved through cost optimisation initiatives by facilitating a system from the branches.
Support the branches in compiling monthly KPI data accurately and in a timely manner as per assigned contracts KPIs.
Facilitate and resolve any roadblocks and where necessary escalate.
Maintain accurate records of cost reductions, contributing to the overall success of assigned contracts key performance indicators.
**Skills and Experiences**:
Skills and experience
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Proficiency using Microsoft office suite
Proficiency using data analysis tools (Power BI similar).
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with sustainability and environmental considerations in business operations
Working knowledge of the Baseplan
