**The Role**

We currently have a vacancy for a Master Data Assistant to join our team. Reporting to the Business Capability Manager this role is responsible for entering Master Data into SAP as directed.

The role will assist to coordinate the flow of data requirements between business representatives, ensure compliance with procedures and input data in a timely manner to ensure data integrity is maintained.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain the integrity of Master Data
- Timely processing of master data and SAP user maintenance requests as per agreed service levels
- Adhere to documented procedures and processes in relation to Master Data and SAP user maintenance requests
- Advise relevant stakeholders of changes as required
- Monitor progress of requests and escalate as necessary
- Maintain files of change requests to support compliance audits and business sign-off
- Maintain SAP license tracking log under direction of IT Business Capability Partner
- Assist IT Business Solutions Manager and IT Business Process Manager with analysis of SAP license usage - producing standard and ad-hoc reports, responses to ad-hoc requests
- Contribute to improvement of Master Data maintenance processes
- Update Service and Project Management systems for areas of responsibility as directed
- Attend and contribute to regular department, team, and one-on-one meetings

**Skills & Experience**
- Minimum 1 years' experience in administration and execution of SAP master data maintenance and SAP user Maintenance.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, word, and outlook)
- Well-developed clerical skills
- Procedure oriented
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure
