Hays technology is currently partnered with a large financial services organisation located in Brisbane CBD. We are seeking to engage an experienced Scrum Master to assist in the delivery of a marketing technology project. This role will be a 6-month initial contract with view to extend

**Your new role**

In this role you will be engaged as a Scrum Master working across a Marketing Technology project.

Key responsibilities:

- Responsible and accountable for managing flow, sequencing, slicing and velocity of work.
- Supporting backlog management, driving the removal of impediments.
- Monitoring Squad performance and identifies opportunities for improvement
- Responsible for ensuring squad is compliant with appropriate governance and practices
- Responsible for squad level reporting and managing RAID
- Work with Product Owners to manage and prioritise work through the backlog, ensuring work is tracked and progressing and that there is an appropriate balance across Squad members

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

- Demonstrated experience delivering project in a Scrum Master positions within Enterprise organisations
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and experience in building successful business relationships at all levels
- Experience working with marketing systems and / or in financial services organisations would be highly advantageous
